We understand that if you haven’t done Pilates before, participating in your first class can be a big first step. We want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible and that your class is suitable for you.

HOW DO I BOOK MY FREE INTRO CLASS?

  1. Click the button below that says ‘Claim Free Class Credit’ to make your free account on our booking system.
  2. Once you’ve done that, have a look at the information below to find out which class is the most suitable for you.
  3. Click the ‘Book Now’ button to be taken to our booking system timetable and book a class for free using your new account!

WHAT’S MOST SUITABLE FOR ME?

BASIC

Best for you if you:

 

  • Are experiencing lower back pain (or other types of pain)
  • Have a specific injury
  • Have little to no prior experience practicing Pilates
  • Are recently post-natal and returning to exercise

INTERMEDIATE

Best for you if you:

 

  • Are pain and injury free
  • Have been practicing Pilates for at least 6 months
  • Have a reasonable base level of strength and flexibility (eg you can comfortably perform a roll up, side plank or similar)

ADVANCED

Best for you if you:

 

  • Have been practicing Pilates for at least 1 year, possibly 2 depending on your level of progress
  • Are happy performing inversions (eg rollovers, corkscrew)
  • Do not have osteoporosis or neck or spine injuries (eg whiplash)
