Meaghan is originally from Texas but has lived in the UK for nearly a decade. She was diagnosed with scoliosis at age 12, but this didn’t stop her from remaining active (hiking, swimming, cheerleading, musical theatre, pole vaulting, hurdles, running – yes, she’ll give anything a go). In the last few years she started to experience back pain, so an osteopath recommended Pilates, which has kept the back pain at bay and allowed her to return to most of the activities she used to love doing (she’s taken a break from the cheerleading and pole vaulting).
Given her first-hand experience of back pain, Meaghan enjoys helping clients through injuries and staying strong when returning to the activities they love. She also has experience working with people that have spent most of their time chained to a desk, releasing back and neck tension that builds up. Her aim is to help clients feel taller and stronger when they leave her sessions.
