Your feet are incredibly important in order for your body to function optimally yet they are often overlooked in traditional fitness and training programmes. The functionality of your feet can have a knock-on effect on the rest of your body, potentially leading to issues with ankles, knees, hips and lower back. Feet help you balance and move around in the world so why not give them a bit of love and attention!

You have an incredible 33 joints within each foot, which represents a huge amount of potential for movement. However, usually our feet are encased within restrictive modern footwear and often lack strength and mobility.

In this workshop we will explore ;

the anatomy of the foot
give you many simple exercises to restore mobility and strength
help you to regain functional feet.

We would highly recommend this workshop for anyone suffering from pain or injuries in their knees, hips, or back.

Included in this workshop is the price of a spikey massage ball, which will be delivered to you or posted to you prior to the workshop. (Booking in advance recommended.)
