You can pause your membership if you’re going away for 2 weeks or more, up to a maximum of 3 months. Here’s how our pause policy works for each membership:
4 and 8 Classes Every 4 Weeks
If a £79 payment is paused for 2 weeks (resulting in 2 missed classes, which is 50% of the total class allowance), the next payment will be adjusted accordingly. Since 50% of the paid class allowance was missed, the next payment required is 50% of £79, which equals £39.50. You would then have 4 classes available over the following 4 weeks, after which billing would return to the usual price.
Unlimited Membership
This approach ensures that you’re only billed for the time your membership is active and that class allowances are fairly adjusted during the pause period.
