With Expert Guest; Kath Pentecost
Learn what fascia is, why it matters, and sense it in your own body through guided fascia-focused movement. Our guest speaker Kath Pentecost has been studying fascia since 2016, training with the art of motion and she is a fully qualified Fascia Movement teacher and educator.
The “Teaser” is a classic Pilates move that can feel quite challenging. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to perform it with better control, along with simple exercises to build the core strength and mobility needed to progress towards it.
Balance exercises become increasingly important as we get older, and is one of the key predictors of longevity. Come learn practical (and fun!) exercises to improve balance while strengthening key muscles like the glutes, feet, and ankles.
