Private one-to-one Pilates sessions are guided, personalised sessions where the focus is entirely on you. They offer a supportive space to move, learn, and develop at your own pace.

Why choose a private session?

Group classes are great – but sometimes you may want a little extra attention. 1-1 sessions allow your teacher to assess your body, understand your goals, and guide you through exercises that are most beneficial for you.

Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you to build confidence, improve technique, and make progress faster.

Private sessions are done as home visits, so our talented teachers come to you.

Each session is completely adapted to you - your body, your goals, and anything you’d like to cover in more detail.

Expert guidance

Our experienced teachers will assess your posture and movement, helping you understand how your body moves and where adjustments can be made.

Postural & movement assessment

We assess how you stand, sit, and move to spot imbalances that may cause discomfort. Then we recommend exercises to improve alignment, strength, and mobility.

‘Homework’ exercises

You'll be given simple, effective exercises to do at home. These “homework” exercises reinforce what you’ve learned, and work on your weaknesses.
